Moxie Micromobility offers a 2-year warranty on Moxie electric scooters and a 1-year or 350 charging cycles warranty to maintain 75% of the original battery capacity. HOW CAN I ACTIVATE THE WARRANTY FOR MY MOXIE ELECTRIC SCOOTER?

Your Moxie electric scooter warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase. This simplifies future warranty management as your vehicle and its serial number will be on record.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I WANT TO CLAIM A WARRANTY OR REQUEST TECHNICAL SERVICE OR MAINTENANCE?

To claim warranty service or maintenance, keep the original invoice, boxes, and complete packaging elements for secure shipping. If defects are detected during the warranty period, Moxie Micromobility will repair or replace your scooter at no cost.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MOXIE ELECTRIC SCOOTER CANNOT BE REPAIRED?

If your scooter cannot be repaired and is under warranty, Moxie Micromobility will replace it free of charge. If the same model is unavailable, they may provide a similar or higher-value model. Shipping costs, in this case, are covered by Moxie Micromobility.

 

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS MIGHT MY WARRANTY CLAIM BE DENIED?

Moxie Micromobility may refuse a warranty claim if the scooter shows signs of misuse, abuse, or damage unrelated to defects in materials and workmanship.

 

DOES THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE MOXIE ELECTRIC SCOOTER EXTEND THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD?

No, the replacement or repair does not extend the initial warranty period.

 

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS FOR MOXIE ELECTRIC SCOOTERS?

Warranty exclusions include accessories, parts and components subject to wear and tear, parts with physical damage, incomplete or broken cable connections, misuse, modification, neglect, and use of the scooter in wet conditions. It also excludes professional and contract use.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR MY MOXIE ELECTRIC SCOOTER?

You must process and receive a return authorization before shipping your scooter to Moxie Micromobility.
