Return Policy
This Return Policy ensures that our customers have a premium shopping experience and satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Moxie electric scooter, you may be eligible to return it at your own cost.
Moxie Micromobility offers returns for unwanted products within 14 days from the date of purchase, with the essential condition that the product has not been used and is in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered, without any damage, and with its original complete packaging. Please note that there is a tag on the rear wheel of the Moxie electric scooter. If this tag is removed, the scooter is considered used. If the Moxie electric scooter does not meet any of the mentioned points, Moxie Micromobility reserves the right to refuse the return.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in any case.
To initiate a return request, it is mandatory to send a return request via email to [email protected] prior to returning the product.
Once the Moxie electric scooter is received, it will undergo an examination to determine if it complies with the return policy. After this process, Moxie Micromobility will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the Moxie electric scooter.
If the Moxie electric scooter is accepted, you will receive a notification and a refund within 14 natural days, using the same payment method that was used to complete the purchase.
If the Moxie electric scooter is rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the reason for the rejection. The Moxie electric scooter can be sent back to you once the shipping costs are covered.
Moxie Micromobility warrants that the electric scooter is free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform in accordance with industry quality standards. Therefore, no product returns will be accepted unless they are under warranty and in compliance with your requirements.
For products purchased through an Official Moxie Partner, you must contact the retailer to initiate the process. This policy does not apply to products purchased through unofficial channels that have not been approved by Moxie Micromobility.
