This Returns Policy ensures that our customers have a premium shopping experience and satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Moxie electric scoter, you can be eligible to return it under your own costs.
Moxie Micromobility offers returns for unwanted products within 14 days from the date of purchase, being essential for such return that the product has not been used and is in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered, without any damage and with its original complete packaging. Please note that there is a tag in the rear wheel of the Moxie electric scooter, if this tag is removed, the scooter its considered used. If the Moxie electric scooter does not accomplished any of the pints mentioned, Moxie Micromobility reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the Moxie electric scoter is received, it will pass a examination to determinate if it accomplishes the return policy, after this process, Moxie Micromobility will inform the acceptation or rejection of the Moxie electric scooter.
If the Moxie electric scooter is accepted, the customer will receive a notification and a refund, within 14 natural days, using the same payment method which was used to complete the purchase.
If the Moxie electric scooter is rejected, the customer will receive a notification explaining the reason of the rejection. The Moxie electric scooter can be sent back to the customer, once the shipping cost are covered.
Moxie Micromobility warrants that the electric scooter is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will perform in accordance with industry quality standards, so no product returns will be accepted unless under warranty and in compliance with your requirements.
For products purchased through an Official Moxie Partner, the customer must contact the retailer to initiate the process. This policy does not apply to products purchased through unofficial channels that have not been approved by Moxie Micromobility.
